COVID-19 Safety Precautions
We have always held our transportation specialists and equipment to the highest standards. It is of the upmost importance that our passengers feel safe and have an enjoyable ride with us. We continue to uphold these standards in the face of the pandemic and have taken extra measures to ensure that our passengers are safe throughout their entire transport.
No COVID Passengers
For the safety of all our transport specialists and passengers, we do not transport patients who are known to have COVID-19 or those who are exhibiting symptoms associated with the virus.
Protective wear
All transport specialists are required to wear a mask and gloves from pick up to drop off and ask passengers to wear masks, fully covering their mouth and nose, throughout their ride.
Sanitization
After every passenger our transportation specialists fully sanitize the vehicle and all equipment, ensuring that the next passenger is coming into a clean and healthy environment.
